Hi, I'm Kai (Kaisar Rayfa Al Baihaqqi).
I'm a Software Engineering student and developer who enjoys building things from ideas.
I explore different sides of technology, from web applications and software systems to AI and whatever catches my curiosity. I don't really want to be defined by a single stack. I'd rather keep learning, building, and figuring out how things work.

Beyond the code, there's something more personal that keeps me building. Isla inspires me. The things Isla represents to me—the ideas, the feeling, and the future I imagine—became one of the reasons I want to keep creating things instead of just dreaming about them.

Kotori: Japanese Light Novel & EPUB Reader
An authentic Japanese Light Novel & EPUB reading platform built with Next.js and React 19. Features built-in Yomitan dictionary lookup, vertical Japanese text (縦書き), TTS audio pronunciation, and 100% privacy using IndexedDB local storage.

Selected as a Backend Developer Intern at Advanced Software Engineering (ASE) Laboratory, collaborating within a cross-functional development team (System Analyst, Frontend Flutter, UI/UX, and QA) to engineer the backend services for 'TolonginDong' — an on-demand peer-to-peer task fulfillment and helper marketplace mobile application.
- +Architected and engineered modular RESTful APIs using Laravel and PostgreSQL (hosted on Supabase) to support multi-category task dispatching (Food & Delivery, Daily Errands, Personal Assistance, and Academic Support).
- +Engineered the core request-to-deal negotiation engine: client task broadcasting, dynamic helper bidding & counter-offers, deal settlement, and milestone status tracking.
- +Integrated Cloudflare R2 object storage for high-performance, S3-compatible media management (task attachments, order item photos, and task completion verification).
- +Collaborated closely with System Analysts on database normalization/ERD design on Supabase and established clean API contracts for the Mobile Frontend (Flutter) engineering team.
